Company Name: W. W. NORTON & COMPANY
Description: W. W. Norton’s College Advertising Department is seeking a design intern to assist with and create print and digital collateral using the Adobe Creative Suite. This intern will report to the Design Director.

Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
• Create sales flyers from concept to completion, using copy provided by editorial teams, including making visual edits as well as copyedits.
• Interface with the marketing and editorial teams, as well as the Design Director, on sales flyers to complete a flawless final draft, which will be used by the national sales force.
• Complete project management tasks such as uploading logos, checking corrections on print advertisements, etc.
• Create advertising collateral from scratch to add to your professional portfolio.

Length of Internship: 3 months, 20 hours per week
Requirements: • Must be proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and creative skills.
• Employment eligibility to work in the US is required.
• Must be able to work up to 20 business hours from Norton’s headquarter office in NYC.
Location: New York, NY
Payment: $11/hour
